I’ve spent 30+ years at the intersection of business strategy and technology transformation helping organizations move from where they are to where they need to be. From internal CIO roles to building and leading global consulting practices, the constant has been translating executive ambition into operating models that actually work. The last few years have shifted my focus toward AI, not as a technology trend, but as a fundamental redesign of how organizations make decisions, deliver products, and manage people and systems. I’ve been building and publishing original frameworks on agentic enterprise design, AI operating models, and responsible AI governance, including work on agent lifecycle management, AI-native engineering practices, and multi-agent system health. My thinking on AI draws on the same disciplines I’ve always worked in enterprise architecture, organizational design, data strategy, and change leadership applied to a set of problems that are genuinely new. Current focus areas: AI enabled transformation for enterprises Agentic operating model design and governance Enterprise architecture in AI-native environments Data strategy and AI readiness I write regularly on these topics through my Threads & Perspectives series, and I present at technology forums on AI operating model design and agent governance.
