Sanjiv Chinnappan

Role
Sanjiv is a Principal leading ZS’s Global Technology, Cloud Advisory & Architecture practice, focused on
providing CxO advisory, technology strategy, architecture and engineering services across various
industries and sectors. He also leads ZS’s Architecture and Engineering Expertise Center with strong
community of practitioners dedicated in envisioning transformative solutions, building delivery excellence
standards, and developing next-gen modern tech solutions to enhance business outcomes. Under his
leadership, the TCA2 team has delivered significant impact across multiple businesses over the last four
years and has successfully orchestrated one of ZS’s marquee offerings, City PlanningTM.

Expertise
Sanjiv is a seasoned and highly experienced technology leader with diverse experience in leading
advisory, strategy, and delivery oversight to enable large-scale digital transformation for healthcare and
biopharma clients. His extensive industry-agnostic expertise encompasses end-to-end transformation
journey, enterprise architecture, platform designs, and solution engineering.

Sanjiv has led several large-scale programs utilizing scaled agile processes (SAFe methodology),
technology change management, and has established innovation labs for clients across various industry
domains. He possesses deep experience in architecture using TOGAF and Zachman frameworks,
solution and platform design on AWS/Azure platforms, infrastructure optimization, enterprise data
management, AI Engineering, and business insights and analytics.

Prior Experience
Prior to joining ZS in 2018, Sanjiv had an extensive career in the technology industry, serving as a
Principal Architect at Cognizant Technologies for eight years, along with holding senior technology
leadership at HP Enterprise, Tata Consultancy Services, and Mahindra Tech.

Education
Sanjiv holds B.Sc. & M.Sc. in Computer Science from Loyola College, Chennai, India. He is certified
in TOGAF, AWS Solution Architecture and AWS Big Data Specialty.
